My name is Makena Matousek and I am 19 years old. I am from La Jolla, San Diego and moved to Isla Vista, Santa Barbara after graduating high school. This is my second year and last semester at SBCC. I overall love Santa Barbara a lot so I tagged to UCSB but also am applying to UCLA and SDSU, hoping I get accepted. I am transferring to a school as a Anthropology major and am going to receive an Associates degree in Sociology after this semester. I love my family and friends very much and enjoy spending a lot of time with them. I'm a type of person that likes to constantly be doing something and keeping myself occupied. I like to have a lot of fun, hang with friends, and go to the beach. I love to travel and have hopes and dreams that one day I will be able to go away for at least six months traveling around the world and learn about all the different cultures around the world, seeing what it all has to offer.
